make crumble

Pulse together graham crackers, sugar, melted butter, lime zest, and chili powder. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.

make mousse

Puree mango and honey together. Beat whipping cream to stiff peaks. Fold in mango puree.

assemble

Add even amounts of crumble to the bottom of the jars. Top with mousse and with mango puree. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
