Cook onion in a skillet, then add in chicken and taco seasoning. Remove from heat and set aside.

Blend together roasted tomatillos, avocado, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, agave, yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Warm tortillas in microwave. Brush each with oil on both sides then place on baking sheet. Add cheese and chicken, then fold.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully flip. Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with sauce.
