ingredients

pasta salt sesame oil red cabbage carrots cucumber green onion peanuts cilantro chow mein noodles ginger peanut butter garlic lime juice soy sauce honey

make pasta

Cool pasta according to package details for al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside. 

make dressing

Add all of the ingredients for the dressing to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Toss together pasta, vegetables and dressing until combined. Let sit in the fridge for up to 2 hours before serving.
