Turkish Bread (also known as Bazlama) is fluffy, soft, and flavorful. There’s no mixers involved and the recipe comes together in just one bowl! It’s ideal to pair with hummus, tabouli, to make wraps, and more!

ingredients

warm water active dry yeast granulated sugar extra virgin olive oil greek yogurt salt fresh parsley all purpose flour

make dough

Make dough in a large bowl. Knead it for about 3 to 4 minutes until smooth. Divide into 10 balls and let rest.

roll out

Roll out a single ball into a 6 to 7-inch circle. Brush the top lightly with oil.

Place oil side down in a hot skillet. Cook for about 1 to 1/2 minutes, flip and cook for another 1 to 1/2 minutes. Repeat rolling, brushing, and cooking.
