Gather all of your ingredients together. Plug in your electric pressure cooker.

Sear meat on both sides for about 3 to 4 minutes per side in the pressure cooker. Remove and cook onion and garlic. Return roast to insert.

Cook on High pressure with potatoes, carrots, fresh herbs, beef broth and worcestershire sauce for 60 to 80 minutes. Natural release for 10 minutes.

Remove roast and shred. Remove potatoes, carrots, and any bits from the liquid. Add cornstarch slurry and boil until thickened. Serve.
