unsalted butter granulated sugar light brown sugar eggs vanilla extract flour baking soda salt mini eggs semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine wet ingredients in a stand mixer. Add sifted dry ingredients, then chocolate. Scoop out into balls.

Chill dough in the refrigerator or freezer.

Bake cookies for 9 minutes, press in mini eggs on top, and finish baking.
