Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Form into balls and freeze until solid.

Beat together sugars and butter until fluffy. Add in puree and vanilla. Incorporate dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in graham crackers. Chill for 1 to 2 hours.

Make an indent in each dough ball, then fill with frozen cream cheese ball. Fold dough over to seal. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

Cool on baking sheet for at least 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
