Combine peppers and vodka or gin in an airtight container. Let infuse until it's as spicy as you like! Strain out the peppers and seeds.

Wet the edge of a cocktail glass with a grapefruit wedge. Roll in coarse salt to coat.

Add infused vodka or gin to the glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit juice. Stir to combine and garnish.
